Music has been the primary motivating force for my entire life.
I started playing the drums at age 4. All I wanted to do was play the drums. I was lucky I actually learned how to read and write. A few years passed and I experimented with the piano, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone and French horn finally discovering the guitar as my new favorite instrument.

At 10, I discovered multi-track recording. My friends and I would record ideas and bounce our tracks back and forth with two reel-to-reel tape machines. I had no idea what I was doing; all I knew is that I loved it.

Later I found myself out of school, still playing music, but with no real aim. Luck was with me, and I became involved with some friends opening up a club in Fort Lauderdale featuring Punk, Underground, Electronic and just about any interesting kind of music we could find, for a thriving "anti-mainstream" loving audience. This started my hunger for new and unique sounds and approaches to creating music.
I started venturing out to other venues in search of something different and became intrigued with live production.
I was able to learn the "live" ropes with the best musicians and engineers South Florida had to offer. I was introduced to mixing, recording and songwriting techniques on a whole new level.
This intensified my desire to be a part of music on a deeper level.
I tried to soak up knowledge from everyone I worked with. One day would be spent in the studio; the next would be mixing a live show. Each came with its unique challenges and rewards. I began living my dream in the best of both worlds.
During this time I met my bride to be and we were married. Soon my first child was born.
Life was moving fast. I started touring internationally. When I was home, I would spend my time producing and recording whatever I could, then back out on the road. Always learning something new every day!
Over the years there have been a lot of gifts. More children, more touring, more recording, more music! I love what I do, it's in my blood. I have tremendous gratitude and appreciation for all the incredible people who give me the opportunity to feed my habit.
I'm sure I'll be doing this until my last breath. And even then, I'm sure my face will hit the spacebar one more time.
